Lifetime Non-Prorated Limited Warranty On UPVC Frames & Sashes

TotalSeal Windows guarantees that UPVC window frames and sashes are free from defects in material for the lifetime of the product from the manufacturing date. This warranty ensures protection against chipping, cracking, warping, rotting, blistering, pitting, or corrosion under normal use and environmental exposure.

Lifetime Limited Glass Warranty

We warrant that sealed glass units will remain free from dust or moisture between the panes under normal conditions for the lifetime of the product. This coverage applies only to the sealed units themselves.

Lifetime Limited Hardware Warranty

Window hardware, including handles and operating parts, is covered for the lifetime of the product against material and workmanship defects, provided regular maintenance is observed.

Lifetime Limited Warranty On Workmanship

Our installation and manufacturing processes are covered for the lifetime of the original purchaser, beginning on the date of installation. This warranty includes protection from any issues caused by installation or production defects.

Conditions Not Covered By The Warranty

Any type of glass breakage.
Damage during handling or installation by unauthorized parties.
Performance issues from improper installation not done by TotalSeal Windows.
Damage due to building settlement, structural failure, natural disasters, intentional acts, misuse, accidents, or negligence.
Normal weathering, improper maintenance, or chemical exposure leading to discoloration or surface wear.
Issues caused by high indoor humidity like condensation, frost, or mold.
Stress from localized heat, extreme temperature differences, or structural movement.
Installation without appropriate allowances for material expansion or contraction.

Limitations Of Material, Insulated Glass, And Hardware Warranties

Our responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts only. All service decisions rest solely with TotalSeal Windows. We do not cover labor costs, inconvenience, damage to property or persons, or other related expenses.

Replacement Parts Or Repair

We reserve the right to alter or discontinue any product. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may substitute with parts of comparable quality at our discretion.

Transferability

This warranty is transferable to new homeowners for the remaining duration from the date of the original installation.

Obtaining Performance Of This Warranty

To submit a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and a copy of the original contract. Contact TotalSeal Windows immediately upon discovering a suspected defect. We may require inspection before approving service. Replacement parts or units are shipped F.O.B. from our facility.
